Whatever level one aspires to with the practice of Yoga - whether it be to gain physical poise (and the mental state that accompanies it ) or whether it is in pursuit of mystical planes of experience - there is no denying the effectiveness of this tool called Yoga.

Yoga is an empirical technique and not a religion. Its underlying premises have been verified over thousands of years and these can be experienced by anyone with the will to practice regularly. These premises centre on the notion that experience of life on both physical mental planes can be enhanced and cultivated . While the ultimate mystic goal may be obscure, the more obvious benefits of physical vitality and peaceful mental actuality can be obtained by anyone.
